Our packaging is recyclable and plastic free and our items are presented in branded gift boxes and bags. Gift wrapping on your items and personalised messages are available and can be added to your order, please select this option at the checkout.

Silver, brass and copper does naturally darken over time which can be very beautiful. You can make your piece shine by gently buffing it clean with a soft polishing cloth.

To keep your item looking its best avoid contact with perfume, lotions, or any chemicals and store in an air tight container. If your item comes into contact with water, wipe dry immediately to prevent tarnishing and darkening of the metal. Care instructions will be provided with your order.

In order to help reduce printed waste, as standard we don't include a printed receipt / invoice unless you request one, which we are happy to accommodate. All order details can be found in the "your purchases" section on etsy and a link to your electronic invoice is sent shortly after your purchase.

If you decide that your purchase isn't for you or you would like a different size, you can return it in it's original condition, within 14 days of delivery (excluding earrings). Please contact us to arrange your return and we will refund the purchase price on receipt of the returned item. Please note, in the event of a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees incurred.

Please note we are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. However if your item has arrived unexpectedly damaged please contact us and we will resolve this with you as quickly as possible.
