1. We send from Europe (Spain) and shipping cost are calculated as tight as we can, with the most affordable shipping service we have found and guaranteed. We send every product with tracking number if shipping is higher than 19USD. For small parcels there are a tracking number from our Postal Service and it is uploaded at departure and when it is received. If there are differences in cost to Europe Buyers or non Europe Buyers, the information is listed in the description. If you want to purchase multiple items I can recalculate shipping to decrease your costs. Don´t hesitate to ask us for any extra information, we are at your service.

2. We don´t apply any extra charges or fee for the product, only the pricing of the listing and the shipping cost visible on the listing. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsability.

3. We highly recommend to reply us with a valid telephone number to add it to the delivery courier if they need to contact you.

4. International shipping take up usually 10 days to delivery so the estimate delivery time is 5-15 days, depending on Europe destination or outside Europe destination. Sometimes (and rarely) for USA and Canada the parcels can stand up until 4 weeks to deliver due to Customs, the Postal Service logistic, address location or whatever reason we can´t control, so please be patient, we would like all our parcel been delivered as soon as possible.

5. We send all the parcel "certificated" by the State Postal Service or private company and they has to deliver the parcel to your address by hand and signed. If you are not at home, they have until two attempts to deliver the parcel to you and put a note in your mailbox. If in the second attempt you are still not in the address, you have until 15 days to collect the parcel in your local postal office. After that time, if the parcel is not picked by you, the parcel will be returned to us and we can´t be responsible for the no delivery, so there will be no refund. Only if you provided your telephone number and it is written on the parcel, we will refund you with the item price. All our parcel are sent with tracking number, but for little parcels the tracking number is updated when the parcel leave our Country and when the buyer received the parcel.
