I have purchased from Bobby 3 times now and his service and communication is excellent. We messaged back and forth a few times, he was always very quick to reply. I feel very confident purchasing from his store knowing that I will be looked after and that I will receive my purchase. There was a delay outside Bobby’s control at the Australian end of the journey on one of my orders and he messaged me to see if I had received the order and was very helpful in finding a solution.
