POSTAGE: additional items are set to calculate at a lower cost. Once items are in your basket you can see that the postage cost has automatically calculated at a lower combined cost.
PICK UP OPTION: If you would like to save on postage pick up is an option. Pick up location is Brookfield Victoria at appointment only. To organise collection please complete your order and send me a message. Once your order has been collected all postage charges will be refunded straight away (i hold onto the postage charge just in case something comes up and you need your items posted out.)
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE: there will be no refunds or exchange for change of mind or colour discrepancy as mentioned above. Please read description carefully and view all provided photos. I am also happy to answer any further questions you may have and provide extra photos to help you make your decision. If your item is damaged on arrival i will not take responsibility for this. All parcels are packed very carefully using appropriate packing materials so if an item arrives damaged please contact the postal service and issue a damaged parcel report. They will require photos of damage/ packaging used/ proof of purchase/ postage label. Once the parcel leaves me it’s the postal services responsibility to handle your parcel with care. I can not lodge the damaged parcel claim for you unfortunately, this is a matter that only the customer can do so that Auspost/ Sendle can refund directly. They do not refund the seller. Parcels $99 or less are automatically covered by Auspost/Sendles insurance. Parcels $100 and more will have extra insurance added when processed so they too will be covered if they arrive damaged.
