Yes, we certainly customize designs like adding a name to a needlepoint. The best part is that customization is free! Please note that custom designs are never on sale. Discounts or coupons cannot be used for a custom purchase. All custom designs need prior approval and are final sale.

If you run out of thread, no worries. You were only charged for the skeins you got. Skeins are $2.50 each. If you need more, email us at support@pepitaneedlepoint.com, and you may purchase as many as you need. Shipping is free in the USA

IF you see a design you like but in a size that doesn't work for you, please message us. Since our designs are made to order, we can work with most sizes. It would be considered a custom design. Please contact us for pricing. Our prices are based on size.

If you like a certain letter/initial pattern but cannot find the letter you want, please email us, and we will send you a proof of any alphabet letter you want. As long as the size and colors stay the same, it is not a custom order.

Mesh size means the amount of holes per inch on the canvas. The higher the number mesh, the smaller the holes. 13 mesh is a popular choice since it is easier on the eyes. That is what we recommend and personally stitch on. However, some stitchers prefer 18 mesh. So if you are one of those, please email us. Please note that our ornaments are all 18 mesh.

Every canvas includes a color chart that indicates where the colors belong. Even if you did not purchase a complete kit, the chart is part of your order. It is not intended for counting stitches, but it is an excellent guide. Color numbers refer to DMC perle cotton #3.

Each kit includes two #18 tapestry needles. If you purchased just the canvas, needles are not included.

We only sell thread to match our pepita designs. If you purchased the canvas only and now want the thread, please email us, and we will send you a custom link to pay for the thread pack.

We offer finishing services but only for pepita designs. This includes pillows and bags. We don't currently offer framing services.

Hoops are intended for embroidery and are not recommended for needlepoint. Many needlepoint hobbyists prefer stitching with a square or rectangle frame where the canvas gets tacked onto the wood. We personally find them to be cumbersome; we don’t stitch with them, nor do we sell them. They are popular because the canvas doesn’t get distorted when stitched on a frame. But all needlepoints get professionally blocked and stretched once they are completely stitched regardless, so we don’t feel the need. If you must stitch on a frame, they are available in any art or hobby shop.
