Do I get to review before you send to the printer?

Yes, for custom maps you always get drafts to review, I don't send a map to the printer until the customer approves.

I like a map style but want to make some changes is that possible?

Yes! Minor changes to a map design is possible and I will work with you to get it just the way you want.

Can I return a custom map if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, absolutely! Just message me and we can work out the details.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

1-3 business days to get your first draft(s).

What sizes and resolutions are available for digital maps?

Any size you want is possible and resolutions can be 300 dpi or 600 dpi.

Are maps printed on demand, or do you have stock?

I use an awesome Print on Demand provider that has everything - every size, every material, and printing technology that is superior to other providers.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can vary depending on where in the world you are. My Print Provider generally prints and ships within the same country where the order is being shipped to. So, typically less than 1 week from the time the order is sent to the printer. But for far reach parts of the globe it could take up to 2 weeks.

What are the shipping costs for custom maps?

I offer FREE SHIPPING! Shipping costs are included in the total listing price.

I love the map that Jeff printed for me, and he was so kind and accommodating during the ordering process. The map itself is stunning and looks amazing on my bedroom wall. There was some damage to the plexiglass that came with the frame. The minute Jeff knew of the damage he reached out to offer a solution. I would absolutely order from Jeff again and definitely recommend his map prints.
