This rug is gorgeous and very soft. It was out of stick in the size I needed (9x12) but they were able to make it for me. The while process took about 3-4 weeks which seems so fast for a rug that big and shipping from India. Everytime I asked the seller a question they responded within a few hours. Once shipped it was delivered in 4 days. Incredible! If I need more rugs, will not hesitate to buy from this shop again.
