In case the design shared is patented, Geum holds the right to deny and cancel the request/order.

I ORDERED THE WRONG RING SIZE. CAN IT BE CHANGED BEFORE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED? Yes, this can be done. Please contact our customer service team and inform them about the new size requirement. If the order is in process, the request will be accommodated. In case the order is already processed and shipped, you may choose to initiate the resize request once you receive the product.
