*Please treat your earrings with care. Acrylic can scratch and break if mishandled. *Iridescent Acrylic has a film applied on the back of clear acrylic, store these with care so as no to damage the film.
*Don't allow your timber earrings to get wet, the timber could cause staining to clothing.
*Store your earrings in a safe place such as a jewellery box, pouch or jewellery storage board.
*Always put your jewellery on last to avoid perfumes and make-up.
*Always remove before swimming or showering and don't use cleaning products.
*To clean, gently wipe with a soft lint free microfibre cloth, I recommend the type you use to clean glasses.
*Timber laser products are not toys, keep out of the reach of children. Avoid moisture!

I wholesale a whole range of different products not just jewellery.

Parcels will have a tracking number. Items that are lost or undelivered will be handled through the Postal carrier ( I use Australia Post ).

This means the customer must lodge a dispute through Australia Post. If parcels are undelivered or lost in transit it will be an insurance claim, I will not replace lost or stolen items. I process items in a timely manner and package carefully.

Once in the postal system they are out of my hands and become the responsibility of the postal service. I will do all I can to facilitate a claim by providing information to help receive your parcel but it must be handled through the correct channels.
