Each piece of clothing is printed after you order it. This saves on waste but also allows for personalization which is a specialty of our store.
When you purchase clothing please make sure you are ordering the correct size. Use the size charts provided since we cannot take returns or exchanges due to incorrect size.

🛍 Returns, Exchanges, and Alterations After Delivery
Due to the custom nature of our items, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or alteration requests after delivery.
Please communicate any specific requests during the order process through our message conversation. We can accommodate your preferences if specified in your message.

👔👚Items in my shop are made just for you. We call this a Print On Demand Shop. I love to customize your product and I allow you to make requests with every order. I am the creator and designer and my shop partners with print shops. The listings have photos of the product but you will not receive that exact item that was pictured. Due to the nature of this sometimes there are slight differences in color due to the batches of print or the computer image differentiation.
If the product that our design is going to be printed on is not available I will reach out to you and review an alternative that most closely matches your order. We will not provide you with an alternative without your approval.

"NourishingCup" is not liable for delayed, lost, or stolen packages but I will do everything I can to help out. Please contact my shop if you have already checked with your neighbors, family members and the carrier.
If you suspect mail theft, obtain GPS coordinates of the last scan point and file a report with your local police department.

📅 Late Delivery
Shipping delays can occur, this is out of our control. If your order is not arriving in time please reach out to us and we will provide you with a “its on the way” custom printable with the photo of your customized product. You don’t want to be caught empty handed!!!
