Description

"Dr. Jane Goodall is a world renowned primatologist, conservationist, ethologist, United Nations Messenger of Peace and Dame of the British Empire. She is best known for her landmark study on the behavior of wild chimpanzees in Gombe National Park in Tanzania. Her work at Gombe Stream became the foundation of future primatological research and redefined the relationship between humans and animals. With her 55 years of work, Jane has proved that we humans are not the only beings with personalities, minds capable of thought and above all emotions. Today, Jane continues to work hard to fight for animal rights and the environment, traveling nearly 300 days a year all around the world speaking about the threats facing chimpanzees, giving lectures, meeting with public officials, visiting with members of our global youth program, Roots & Shoots, and so much more. To learn more about Dr. Jane Goodall and the work of the Jane Goodall Institute, please visit www.janegoodall.org." -Bio provided by the Jane Goodall Institute.

Love it! Got it in 11 x 14 and have it with a white matte in a grey frame and it looks great. Going in my baby girl’s nursery because Jane Goodall is a pretty awesome woman to look up to.
