If your item is not what you expected, we can organize a return and exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges). Please note that an item will only be accepted for return under the following conditions:

- You have contacted us prior to notify of your intention to return

- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition with packaging and the original labels intact

- The original receipt is included with the returned item

- The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date

- Returned items are subject to our Terms and Conditions

- No returns will be accepted on Sale Items or International orders

In the unlikely event that we have sent out the incorrect order, shipping costs will be covered by us. In all cases please first check that all conditions above have been met, then Contact Us prior to returning the item.

Regular Orders

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $8 within Australia and $20 internationally (to select countries). Please also be aware, for international orders, local import duties, taxes and charges will not be included in our shipping quote and you should check with your local customs office to find out if there will be any additional import costs or restrictions. Following confirmation, all orders will be dispatched within 5 workings days.

Wholesale Orders

Please contact us to confirm the shipping cost before you place your order. All wholesale orders will be quoted on an individual basis and can include insurance against loss or damage if requested. PRODUCTION

Many products are screen printed by hand, therefore slight markings or inconsistencies should be expected. All products are carefully checked and subject to our strict quality guidelines before packaging. However, in the event of damage, please contact us and we can arrange a return subject to our returns policy.

Being hand printed, if a product is on backorder, please note that it may take 3-4 weeks to become available. Custom orders may also be subject to a similar timeframe.


CARE & MAINTENENCE

Please take care of your product as per the washing label or the item listing. Our screen printed products are all printed with non-toxic water based inks (PVC and phthalate free), which do not require the use of harmful solvents and chemicals. Being water based, they are air dried thoroughly for setting, which may cause slight inconsistencies. Please avoid the use of harsh cleaning products and hot water to ensure that colours do not fade. All our prints have been heat-sealed but may bleed on the first wash so we especially recommend that you use a cold gentle wash on your first wash. Please follow our care and washing instructions to maintain the longevity of our product.

AVAILABILITY & BACK ORDERS

From time to time, items that are listed as in stock may not be. If this is the case and will contact you within 5 working days to discuss an alternative.


PRIVACY

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Lazy Sunday Home.


PAYMENT SECURITY

Lazy Sunday Home does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. We use Paypal, a secure global payment gateway that accepts direct debit and credit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.

If you would prefer to pay via direct deposit, please contact us for an invoice.


PRICING

All prices are given in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only and other currencies will not be accepted. Lazy Sunday Home reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
