5 out of 5 starsGorgeous dress! Wonderful craftsmanship--you can tell this was made with loving care, not mass produced like the ones overseas can be. It's not only breathtakingly gorgeous, but it feels as if it will hold up to frequent wearings. The fabrics are rich and luxurious and it fits like a glass slipper. Can't wait to wear it to an event! I'll certainly be the belle of the ball! Also, Lane is a wonderful seller with great communication and she goes above and beyond to make it right! When we had a shipping issue, she literally marched back down to the post office to figure things out. Lastly, the packaging is amazing! It felt like my fairy godmother made a special delivery. Just little added touches like that really made it special. If you're on the fence about this one -- pull the trigger. You won't be disappointed.

I am so disappointed in how I was given the run-around by Wicked and Wonder. I ordered this dress on pre-order because I own a character entertainment company, and my clients have been asking for "Ella" as a character. I placed my pre-order for this Ella dress on April 9th. The following events have led to my being completely dissatisfied, without a dress, and strongly suspecting a scam on behalf of the seller. My shipping date was pushed back multiple times, I was told the fabric needed to change, and finally the order was cancelled on me entirely with no explanation in a message from the seller. I imagine Wicked and Wonder bit off more than they could chew (or didn't want to honour the pre-order price!), and have just left me high and dry, without a costume, more than a month after I paid for it.

Melanie Garrett – we have been on Etsy for 6 years with over 300 orders and many happy customers including our current preorder customers. We tried SO HARD, but unfortunately after trying for many WEEKS to contact you to get measurements to start your order, we were unable to get a hold of you leaving us with no option left but to cancel with a FULL REFUND. Sadly, can’t make a custom sized dress without measurements. ☹ We are also sorry we couldn’t fulfill your late request today to ‘bump Busy Bees Parties order up’ over other customer orders . This simply isn’t fair to our other wonderful timely preorder customers. Finally we a tried YET AGAIN to reach out to you to resolve this and even start a new order but we were still unable to get a hold of you. Best of luck!
