Description

These beautiful keepsake pendants are made to order so please allow a week to two weeks for creation. However, if it is required more urgent I can possibly be of assistance to you so please convo me.

NB. A chain is not included in this offer. Chains have to be ordered separately.

This necklace and its components are made out of solid sterling silver. It is not plated, it is solid precious metal all the way through.

It is made out of 1mm thick silver with single-sided stamping. Please see my other listing if you require the same pendant but with double-sided stamping.

Here's a guide for how many characters you can have stamped:

Front of pendant: maximum of 28 characters


Please use the photos of the sample to ascertain if the names or words of your choice will fit onto the pendants. And the details of what you want stamped in the note section when you place your order.

Please note that the tree and bail are not handcrafted by myself but the rest is.

Variations of this design are possibly available in other metal types such as copper, gold-filled and antiqued brass but with the sterling silver tree, a gold vermail tree or a bronze tree. Please PM me.

Your order will be sent by registered post for peace of mind. International orders will be sent by regular mail. Items will be packed flat in a velveteen bag to save postage costs.

Please note that I do not recommend any of my tree of life designs be converted into a keyring instead of pendant.

Exchanges will be considered in certain instances. Original product must be shipped back to me in perfect condition before a replacement is sent out.

Shipping policies

Peace of mind is part of the deal so I prefer to ship using a postage method that has a tracking number. You have numerous postage options when you shop with me, but some are available by special request only as it is tricky trying to accommodate all possibilities in the listings.

As of 17 November 2016, I have amended my shipping options for most of my listings so that each listing will have the options of:

1) international parcel with tracking. If you would like the "signature on delivery" added on that, please send me a convo and I will set up a special listing for you with an extra AU$4.99 added onto the shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duty payable on your side;

and for Australia,

2) small registered letter with tracking (but no free black logo jewellery box as it is too big for letter post),
3) regular parcel post (this takes just over a week from Perth to the east coast),
4) Express post (allow for at least two days to arrive from posting), and
5) Platinum Express (hopefully overnight to major centres countrywide).

Platinum Express automatically has signature on delivery included. Options (2), (3) and (4) do not.

PERTH FREE PICK UP remains as an option but by special arrangement with me only first. I will create a special listing for you with no shipping OR simply go ahead and use a listing with a shipping cost and I will refund you the shipping amount by PayPal.

I have left my processing time as the general time of 1 to 2 weeks. If you need something urgently, you are welcome to contact me first and check my schedule to see if it possible for me to make your order in a much tighter time frame, like as in a day or two. However, this isn't always possible and production is slow, so please check with me first before picking a speedier postal method.
