I wrap the goods carefully to reach you in the best order and I hope that you will be very happy with your item/s. I do my best to describe everything well and I hope that you appreciate all the time and effort in your handmade item, it will be made with love and care so I hope it shows :-)
I cannot refund items that did not fit properly so please take your measurements carefully.
If your item brings amazing disappointment :-) then I will try to work something out with you but I will not be able to refund the postage paid nor the return postage. A shop credit may possibly be worked out in rare circumstances.

(UPDATE: I had a parcel stolen in Cyprus so from now on I will only ship to Cyprus with trackable and insured shipping, which will incur extra fees).
One parcel has also gone missing in the US, so tracking is now included in the shipping cost, when it states $23+.

If you would prefer to have registered or insured shipping, please enquire before purchasing so I can find out the cost for you. Most destinations have taken from 4-10 working days to reach overseas, local is about 1-2 days.
I will post off within 1-2 working days after payment is received and sometimes on the same day.
PLEASE NOTE: The US has applied a new surplus charge of $9 AUD on packages weighing more than 500g!! (Due to the extra scanning now necessary). It may work out cheaper to have certain items shipped separately if making multiple purchases.
