Need the perfect gift? Our last name sign is sure to be the hit of any party or wedding! This family name sign is made just for you and feature the last name, first names and the established date of your someone special. This personalized sign measures approximately 7" high x 24" wide.

This family sign would be great in any family home and makes the perfect housewarming, anniversary or wedding gift. Many of our customers give this sign in addition to their gift of money to newlyweds.

This name sign is handcrafted using furniture grade MDF. The sample shows the background painted in chestnut with "Established 1987" and the first names in black lettering and the last name in warm vanilla lettering. This is our most popular color combination by far. The last name sign is then sealed with a polyacrylic satin finish sealer to ensure a protective finish for years to come. A sawtooth hanger is already attached for easy hanging in your home.

Our personalized family name signs can be fully customized using your preference in colors for the background and lettering. Just convo us your color requests or your ideas and we can send a proof of what your custom sign will look like prior to purchasing. The fourth picture shows some of our popular color combinations to help you when deciding what you would like. If no colors are specified, the sign will be made as shown in the first picture.

Each customized sign is handcreated just for you. Most personalized signs are ready to ship in 7-14 days. (Processing time may be longer during the holidays). We will notify you when your name sign is ready for shipment so you know when to expect your new cherished creation.

Easel is for display purpose and not included. Sign is for indoor use.

Custom made/Personalized orders are not returnable as they were made specifically for you at your request. Custom made/Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once we start making the order. If you receive an order with incorrect personalization due to our fault, we will replace the item at no cost to you. You must contact us within five days of receiving the item of the issue. If the personalization was incorrect due to you providing incorrect information, we will work with you to correct the item but you will have to pay for any shipping charges and may be charged for our time and material to correct the item

If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will refund the purchase price minus shipping. You must contact me within five days of receiving your purchase of your intention to return. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Once item is returned in undamaged condition your payment will be refunded. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

No returns will be accepted on custom/personalized orders unless there was an error on our part in the creation process.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional custom or duty charges, fees, taxes, etc. charged by your respective country. Even though you have paid for shipping your country may charge additional custom, duty, etc fees for which we are not liable and not legally allowed to pay. I have no control over these charges and cannot not estimate what they would be as each country has its own laws and charges. We also cannot mark items as a "gift" in order to avoid these fees as it is illegal to do so.

Once we give the package to the shipping service, we do not have control on when they deliver. If the item is lost/not delivered or damaged, please let us know and we can file a claim with the USPS. We will require a photograph of the damages to be able to file a claim. After the claim is processed we can replace or refund your purchase minus shipping charges.

All of our products are made to order and are not stocked. Most items take 7- 14 business days to create prior to shipping. Some items may take longer. Please check each individual listing for approximate processing time (time to make your order). While be do our best to meet our deadlines, these times are approximate and may fluctuate during holidays and busy seasons. If you need an item by a certain date, please be sure to contact us to make sure we can accommodate your schedule. Processing time does not include shipping time. Most orders take 2-3 days to arrive within the USA after shipping.
