Typically, malas, gemstone and wood bracelets and beading supply products are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is cleared. All other products are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment is cleared. Note that some payment methods do not clear instantly. I will inform you if your payment is still pending.

Delivery time is dependent on your country/location, shipping method used and the dispatch time for each individual item.

Because I want my customers to have a cost effective purchase in my store, I have used the most economical delivery method to ship my products, so most items do not have tracking as the default shipping. However, tracking delivery and rush delivery options are available for add-on during check out.

I offer free service for rush order processing, however, additional payment for rush delivery is required. I do my best in every possible ways to present my products as true in person as possible but because the product is a sample and is presented through digital images, you can expect slight variation in colour. For a true dimension and representation of the product please review its dimension description rather than relying on the shown photos.
I use genuine gemstones and natural wood to make malas and bracelets, you can expect slight colour/pattern variation in your gems. Each mala and bracelet is created with handpicked high quality available beads to ensure my customers will be satisfied wth their purchase.

Measure your wrist by wrapping a measuring tape (use a piece of string if you don’t have a measuring tape) around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Then select the bracelet size that fits your actual wrist measurement. Bracelet size charts are stated in each bracelet listing.
For example, if you are a woman and have measured your wrist as 15cm (5.9") size, you will need to read my relevant sizing chart to obtain your bracelet size to ensure it will fit appropriately. Please contact me if you need any assistance in choosing the correct bracelet size.

Measure your thigh at where you would like to wear your keepsake garter [usually 12cm (4.5”) - 14cm (5.5”) above your knee]. Then select a thigh measurement in my ‘Thigh Measurement’ drop list that best matches your thigh measurement or leave a note with your thigh measurement in ‘Add a note to seller’ text box during checkout. Please ensure you record the exact measurement of your thigh at the place you would like to wear it, and do not take off any length as I will adjust your keepsake and toss garters accordingly to ensure a comfortable fit.
