To guarantee defects and/or damage, pictures of the finished item are sent to the client with name of the client attached to the pictures. Once that pictures are approved by client via whatsapp, messenger, email or whatever electronic method the client prefers, shipment is done on the day (before 5 pm EAST of the same or next weekday).

Strictly no returns after client approves pictures. Likewise, no alterations can be performed once delivery is made.

Cancellations are accepted any time after order is placed, but once payments are sent, no refunds are granted under any circumstances.
