We ship using Australia Post, standard delivery, for the most economical postage.

If you haven't received your goods within the specified time of delivery please contact us with your order number and we will find out where they are.

Where a physical item is deemed faulty, we require it to be sent back to us and we will gladly refund the purchase price including postage fees. Once the faulty item is received, you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

We do our best to accurately describe the colour, shape and style of our products as they appear on Etsy. However, as the colours you see will depend on your monitor and/or printer, There is no guarantee that the display of any colour will exactly reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
