Please be aware that whilst
Domestic Orders (AU) might take approx 3-10 days
International Orders may take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive.

Please note that making & delivery may take longer over public holidays and during the Christmas holiday season.

Our general posting to Australia & Specific countries orders be able to sent by Normal Letter Post via Australia Post to help keep down and provide reasonable shipping costs to our customer.

HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING & INSURANCE.

***For Australia & the specific countries, we strongly recommend choose "Parcel Post" shipping (that include tracking number) from the delivery options when you order. WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF A LOST ITEM if the customer choses the general Normal Letter Post, without tracking.

To all other countries, all items are sent by Australia Parcel Post with tracking number included.

Our standard shipping method is Normal Letter Post (NO Tracking).

We had a lot of lost mail when a shipping address is to a shop/company. To avoid any lost mail, please provide us your RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS to ensure a safe delivery. WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST MAIL.

Be advised if a customer sets their shipping address to a company/shop and it is returned to us, we will recharge the shipping cost when we resend to their alternative address.
