The shirts are pre-shrunk, and feature a 60/40 cotton/poly blend or 100% cotton, depending on shirt color. The shirts are super soft, and very comfy! They stretch nicely as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Some adult and children shirt colors may differ slightly due to the vendors/materials being different. The charcoal for example, are slightly different shades from adult to child, as they are different brands of shirts. They still look great together in photos and in person, just be aware of this :)

All items are shipped via USPS. Normally, it takes anywhere from 3-7 business days (weekends are not business days) for me to make and get your package shipped. Shipping is usually 2-4 days (depending on USPS). I suggest orderings at least 2 weeks before your order is needed. If you have a specific need by date, message us!

As much as we would love to guarantee BY Christmas. We cannot this year. USPS is very overwhelmed with packages, and short staffed due to Covid. We are seeing many packages with tracking showing Arriving Late. Unfortunately we have no control over this update. Please keep this information in mind when ordering / tracking your order.

Please be kind to us, as well as the post office this holiday season. We are all working extremely hard on making your holidays as special as possible.

**We cannot offer refunds due to late transit times**

Again, during the months of November & December we cannot guarantee any sort of delivery dates. A refund will not be issued due to a package arriving late.

CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES ARE ABOUT 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS. Our processing times are always an ESTIMATE. We recommend to order at least 2 WEEKS before your need-by date. If you need it sooner than two weeks, please message us for rush options!

We try our absolute best to get all packages in the mail as quickly as we humanly can (keep in mind we hand print every order to your request, by hand, one by one). During the holiday season, we can get up to a 5-8 business day processing time to make and ship out your orders.

If you have any questions regarding our current processing time, shoot us an Etsy message! If you have a quick turnaround, or need by a specific date - message us as well! We'll try our best to accommodate, or give you options.

Since all items are hand printed to order, we start the production process almost immediately after the order is placed. For this reason, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel / make any changes to the actual shirt color / size.

If we make any sort of mistake on our end, we will absolutely fix the problem for you, and ship you a new (corrected) shirt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in this situation. Mistakes do happen, as we are only human, and we will fix any issue that is of our fault.

These shirts are very cute but the navy colors did not match at all. The dad shirt was more of a heather navy while the kids shirt was true navy. Also, both shirts were small for their sizes compared to other clothing in these sizes (4XL & 18months).
