I use Australia Post for all domestic & international posting & will ship your poster within 1-2 business days. Please allow enough time for your item to get to you.

The address you enter will be exactly where it is shipped to. Please double check you have entered it correctly as I can not be responsible for an incomplete or incorrect postal address. Make sure to include your apartment number!

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if your parcel is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the condition it arrived in & contact me immediately to organise a way to remedy the situation.

If you order an A3 & an A4 in the same order, I will roll the A4 with the A3 in a mailing tube (instead of flat mailing it).

A3 (and larger size) posters will be shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.

Once you open the tube, simply take off the piece of sticky tape on the bubblewrap & unroll.
Make sure you get the sticky tape out of the way from the mailing tube before you unroll it - you don't want it sticking to your brand new poster!

There may be a slight curl (depending on how long it has taken to ship from me to you). This will not be an issue as soon as you put it in a frame.

Shipping might seem a bit high for some countries, but that is just how much it costs to post from Australia. I wish it was more affordable too.

I can combine shipping on three A4 posters.

I can combine shipping for two A3 posters as I don't want to roll them too tightly in the mailing tube, as this will have an affect on the quality when you receive them.

If your order is for more than two A3 posters for the same shipping price, I will try & roll them all together, but please don't contact me once you receive them saying they were rolled too tightly!

Here is your all in one handy reference of poster sizes in centimeters & inches:

A4 = 21.0 x 29.7cm = 8.27 x 11.69 inches
A3 = 29.7 x 42.0cm = 11.69 x 16.53 inches
A2 = 42.0 x 59.4cm = 16.53 x 23.39 inches
A1 = 59.4 x 84.1cm = 23.39 x 33.11 inches

If you are shipping within Australia, then any A3 or larger poster will automatically come with tracking.
A4 will come with tracking if you order Express Post or "with tracking" at checkout.

I will provide you with this number when I confirm your item has been shipped, so you can easily track where it is.

So, the shipping estimates listed are just that. I have allowed for the best & worst case scenarios.

Currently it is obviously taking up to a couple of weeks longer than usual. Australia Post is working with partner airlines & other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. However due to the ever-changing situation, delays may occur in all destination countries.

Estimated standard shipping times for posters from Australia are currently:
• Australia: 3-7 business days
• New Zealand: 1-3 weeks
• USA: 2-3 weeks
• Canada: 2-3 weeks
• Europe: 2-5 weeks
• Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks

I can't control what postal route your item is put on! (if I could, believe me, I would)

When you purchase one of my Digital Downloads you will receive the files as specified on the listing.

You can print them as many times as you like, but no re-selling - these are not for commercial purposes - just for you (and your friends, who you also print a copy for!)

If you would also like a copy in a size not included in your download, no problem, just message me with which item you purchased & which size you would like and I will email you the file - free of charge.

Tracking is not automatic on International parcels.
If you would like your poster sent with tracking, simply choose that option at checkout.

It only costs a couple of dollars more, but it also shortens the shipping time by a few days (if you have left it a bit late to order a gift for someone then this might be worth it!)

Things happen, the world is not perfect, so if your mug or tee are damaged once you receive it, just take a photo of it as well as the packing slip and send it to me so I can get it replaced for you.
Please do this within 5 days of receiving your item.
