We ship worldwide from Monday to Saturday in 1-3 days after purchase via registered airmail from Ukraine (Eastern Europe). All the packages have a tracking number. Shipping rates include shipping and packaging costs. Please note, very occasionally delivery may take longer than expected, especially for great distances and during holidays. If your package hasn't arrived after 1-2 months, please, get in touch.

Please, be aware that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.

We ship to the address sent by Etsy. If your order has returned to us as unclaimed, we contact the buyer as soon as possible and are ready to re-ship the purchase, however, the buyer is responsible for these extra shipping costs. If the buyer do not answer within 14 days from the date we receive the package back, we are free to relist the item and sell it to another person without any refund.
