Description

Sturt's Desert Pea is the floral emblem of South Australian and occurs in arid woodlands and open plains. It is able to withstand the extremes of temperature that occur in inland deserts. This creeping vine runs along the ground, its blossom is usually blood red or scarlet with a glossy black swelling at the base of the uppermost petal.

Size
Extra Small:
Image size; 175 x 126mm (approx 7" x 5” )
Paper size: 199 x 150mm (approx 8” x 6”)
Matt: 240 x 180mm (approx 10” x 7”)

Every care is taken when producing this fine quality art print for which I use a professional fine art printer. I pay particular attention to quality control, each print being carefully managed at every stage of the process. It is only signed and stamped and issued with a certificate of authenticity after a final careful inspection.

FRAMING
I highly recommend your print is professionally framed for quality and longevity. If you chose to buy a ready made please ensure that it has a glass pane as plastic scratches easily, can dull the vibrancy of the print and will affect its archival quality.

MARGINS: It is normal when mounting prints for the mount opening to be large enough to provide a comfortable margin of blank paper around the image. This will expose the signature and any other details as well as bringing a focus to the print.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Art quality giclée print using HP Vivera professional pigment ink Archival 200+ years on Hahnemuhle Matt FineArt Paper, 308gsm, 100% cotton.

I purchase this print recently and I have had it professionally framed and it really stands out in my living room. My friends frequently comment on how much they like the print and that it completes my room. The print arrived safely and within the time frame specified. The package contained many useful framing instructions that I provided to my framer. I would definitely recommend buying artwork from this artist :)
