Delivery Method:

All OUR PET TAG orders will be sent by Normal Letter Post via Australia Post to provide lower costs and free shipping costs to our customers. That will take approx 3-12 business days to arrive. (postage time frames do vary, so we can not guarantee an exact time)

Please note that Normal letter post DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING & INSURANCE.

For a safer delivery, we strongly recommend to choose "Letter post with tracking", "Parcel Post" shipping (that includes tracking number) from the delivery options when you order.
WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF A LOST ITEM if the customer chooses general Normal Letter Post, without tracking.

- Sending to Company / Shop address

Our general shipping method is Normal Letter Post (NO Tracking).

We have had a lot of lost mail when the shipping address is to a shop/company. To avoid lost mail, please provide us your RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS to ensure a safe delivery. WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST MAIL.

Be advised if a customer sets their shipping address to a company/shop and it is returned to us, we will recharge the shipping cost when we resend to their alternative address.

- Changing shipping address

We do not accept any changes and do not take any responsibility when given incorrect shipping address once we received an order, so please check if your shipping address is correct before u submit your order.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
However, the buyer must contact us within: 14 days of delivery
and ship the item back to us within: 14 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In some cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns when:

- Custom or personalised orders
- The item has been worn or used

All our products are all handmade and are checked for faults before they are dispatched.

- Please contact us within 14 days after receiving the item, to let us know any faults with the item(s). After this period, we are unable to accept any claims since the item has been received and used.
