The ShapeIt Finger Stylus is a pointer and stylus offering that you can fully adapt to your personal needs. You can change its shape over and over again until you have the perfect match and fit for your unique situation. And it keeps its shape that you bring it in, until you change it again. As such, it becomes a natural extension of the body.
Because you are unique
The inspiration behind the ShapeIt product line is the fact that every human body and motor skill is unique. From a product and designer perspective, this would suggest a custom solution for every situation. E.g. different shapes, dimensions, angles, etc. This challenged us - in the context of gripping aids - to develop a small set of tools that you can adapt to your own situation.
The innovation
The ShapeIt Finger Stylus is part of a (r)evolutionary innovation: the ShapeIt Stylus moldable editions. It’s a set of gripping aid shapes for touchscreen use and typing, made from a sandwich material that you can adapt to your personal needs. The first three shapes are Finger, Flex and Strap.
The works
Built from a thin core of aluminum alloy and sandwiched between two layers of closed-cell foam, the ShapeIt styli can be bent according to your needs, becoming a natural body part extension. The ShapeIt items are steady though incredibly lightweight (around 0.4 oz / 12gr), and offer many variations to address almost any assistive gripping need.

If I could give this 1000 stars I would!!! The look on the kids face that I bought this for was PRICELESS when I introduced it in our therapy session. I have tried to rig a ton of things to work for him to access his communication app on his iPad with no success and have been using a Blue2 switch and he has been tested for eye gaze through another facility. He grinned, giggled, told me he was happy and that he liked it when I asked him if he liked the new stylus!! I ordered the 9/16 one, it fit his index finger perfectly and works every time. I probably should have ordered it longer to help him get more finger extension, but I can remedy that. It shipped to me fast I thought. It is AWESOME! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I had to most beyond stellar experience with this company. I loved the stylus that I ordered, but sadly broke it within a short time frame due to how spastic my hand is. They built me a brand new custom one which is far more durable without needing me to exchange the broken one. Ivo — the owner — also worked with me how to make my broken stylus functional until my new one came from the factory in Holland. Absolutely amazing stylus, superb customer service, and a truly amazing company. I will be a life long customer and cannot rate them any higher.

This phone stylus was perfect for my brother in law who is a new C5/6 quadriplegic without movement in his fingers/hands. Shipping was fast. My tracking didn’t update so I messaged the company and they responded within the hour. (It was actually in my mailbox when I messaged them) Highly recommend this product!

Shapedad have made my custom "Jumbo Steady". The measurements are perfect.I wanted a larger circumference so I wouldn't have to grip tightly and an additional strap added for securing it.The actual stylus sits between my middle and fourth finger and then I tighten the strap, which allows my hand to naturally curve round the handle.For me it is Perfect and my Occupational Therapist thought it a great design. Thank you Ivo for making an affordable tailor made piece of equipment that is also very cool looking too!!! I'll be a long term customer.
