Description
Printed by Jennings Print Group on beautiful thick 250gsm matt stock, the poster measures 594mm x 420mm. It features 24 watercolour bees (23 natives plus the introduced European Honeybee), accompanied by their common names, scientific names and silhouettes indicating actual size – a helpful tool in identification.
The artist consulted entomologists Dr Michael Batley, from the Australian Museum, and Dr Ken Walker, from Museums Victoria, on this project.
* Also available are native bee posters for Queensland, NSW, SA and the Hunter Region. WA and Tasmania are due out in 2019.
