Introducing Eugenie, a beautiful girl doll, pretty in pink. She has a hand-painted bisque porcelain head and a composition body. Eugenie has movable arms, legs and head.

Eugenie is dressed in a pink gingham frock. Her hair is studded with fine pink bows and her beautiful brown eyes are glass. Her clothes (including undergarment) are all made of cotton and are handmade. The workmanship is so precise it is hard to believe they have been almost entirely hand-stitched. Her clothing comprises a dress, petticoat and pantaloons.

Eugenie is approx 36 cm (14") tall but is designed to sit. Her height sitting is approx 25.5 cm (10").

This is a signed piece and dated 1985. She is the ultimate in reproduction antique techniques. She is not new and shows slight signs of ageing. Nothing notable without close inspection.
