ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
In the notes to seller please let me know the following: **I CANNOT START YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION**
- Name of Child
- Age they are turning
- Time and Date of Party
- Address of Party
- RSVP info (if desired)
We usually use the child's first name for the name on the invite. If you would prefer this to be different ( last name, special nickname, etc.), please let us know when you order.
PLEASE NOTE: We can not begin your order until we have ALL of this information from you. If you need something omitted, please let us know when you order. Please double and triple check your note to seller before ordering. We customize the files exactly as shown in the note.
OVERVIEW
- INVITATION: 5 x 7" invitation in High Resolution PNG format. The PNG file contains a single invite that you can upload to an online photo lab or print from home.
- THANK YOU CARDS: 3 x 5" Thank You cards are set up to print 5 on a 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper.
- PARTY PRINTABLES: Cupcake Toppers ( 2 different designs ) are set up to print 12 on a 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper.
- Most of your order will be instantly available for download. The personalized invite will be emailed to you within 2 business days as long as the required information is provided in the Note to Seller section.

- DESIGN CHANGES: This listing does not include any color, size, font, layout, language, or graphic changes.
- PLEASE NOTE: The files are in PNG format and have a transparent background. When viewing the files, it may appear as if the background is black, but when printed, the background will be whatever color the paper/cardstock is.
PRINTING TIPS:
For best results, we recommend having your items printed via an online service (SnapFish, etc.) or at a small, professional print shop or office supply store. You will generally get the best color / cardstock quality by going this route.
If you opt to print at home, I recommend printing on thick white card stock or quality photo paper and printing a test first before printing an entire set. Photo paper can also be used if a glossy appearance is desired.
