All of our products come beautifully packaged and in a lovely gift bag. You will see examples of these on each item listing. If you have any special requests, simply let us know.

The Magnetorium uses Rare Earth neodymium magnet bases on all our products (also referred to as NdFeB magnets). Rare Earth Magnets are usually nickel plated to resist corrosion. The nickel plating gives them a shiny silver appearance. Rare Earth Magnets are the strongest type of magnet and are made from Neodymium, Iron and Boron. Neodymium is one of the so called “Rare Earth” elements on the Periodic Table. Hence, Neodymium magnets have commonly become referred to as Rare Earth Magnets.

🚫 We DO NOT use Ferrite/Ceramic Magnets (black/dark grey in colour) as they are a much weaker and an inferior product compared to Rare Earth neodymium magnets. Please be wary of products that use these magnets as you may find that their pull strength - or

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within: 5 days of delivery and ship the items back within: 21 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Seek immediate medical attention if magnet(s) or any part of this product is swallowed or inhaled. Swallowed magnets can stick together across intestines causing serious infections & death. Small parts, if swallowed or inhaled, are a choking hazard, and can also cause suffocation and result in serious illness.

If your parcel hasn’t been delivered by the expected time or you’re worried it’s gone missing, let us know as soon as you can.

We only issue full refunds for lost or missing items that were sent via a tracked shipping method such as regisetered post, express post or international postage method that provides a tracking service.

We do not issue full refunds for items sent by standard postage (no tracking).
