The Chloe Ring features three round-cut stones atop a 14K yellow gold band. • The default for the two accent stones are diamonds however, when the centre stone chosen is white sapphire, the two side stones can also be white sapphire to match, and when the centre stone chosen is moissanite, then the two side stones can also be moissanite to match. If any of these combination is desired, please contact us here to start a custom inquiry. We will do everything we can to accommodate your ideas!
• DIAMOND CENTRE STONE: A diamond can be placed as this ring's centre stone. It will need to be placed as a custom order, as there are many traits and qualities of diamonds that vary from one to another, ranging greatly in price. To start an inquiry about a custom ring order, please contact us.
• NATURALLY OCCURRING GEMSTONES: Each stone that we source is unique. As with all naturally occurring gemstones, variations in colour and clarity are fully expected—and exactly what makes each stone so distinctly its own. The stone pictured is the reference we use when sourcing stones, however, if you have a particular shade in mind, reach out and our team would love to work with you to select the perfect stone for your ring.
• APPRAISAL: An appraisal will be included with this ring purchase. We highly recommend that you insure your ring before wear, as a warranty is not included. Don't take the risk of not insuring your piece!
• PRODUCTION TIMELINE: All rings are made to order. Engagement ring production takes 6-8 weeks and wedding band production takes 4-6 weeks. Please contact us if you need the ring sooner than 8 weeks; 3-6 weeks turn around time is possible with an added rush fee of $100-500.
• EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY: Please note that our engagement rings and wedding bands are custom made and are therefore NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. In the case of re-sizing or if you have any questions, please contact us.
• CANADIAN/USA/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: When your ring is ready, it will ship via express post (4-7 business days); insurance coverage of the ring while shipping is included.
• IMPORT DUTIES: Please note that all countries will charge import duties/taxes on goods made and purchased abroad, i.e. outside of Canada. The total tariff will be based on the declared value of your purchase which we are required to include with your shipping documents. The tax rate imposed on packages varies from country to country and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to gather this information and budget accordingly. Outstanding duties will be brokered and charged via the shipping currier when your package arrives at customs in your country. The duties must be paid in full before your shipment is allowed to clear customs for delivery to its final destination.
