All my window clings are carefully packaged including full application and care instructions. There is a right and wrong way round to apply your cling and an application sticker on the packaging clearly indicates which the correct side to put on the window is on each design. This is to prevent the painted surface from coming into contact with the glass. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

All clings are reusable and can be stored in their packaging when not in use (i.e. seasonal decorations)

All listings have sizes shown for each cling however they are individually handmade so this is for guidance only and there may be very minor size differences between your cling and the reference size shown on the listing (you may need to click on the view more information button to see this on the listing). Please check sizes before ordering

These window clings are for indoor use - they are double sided so you will clearly see the image through the window when in place. If you believe you need a stronger hold (e.g. for use on non-shiny surfaces or matt finish tiles) please let me know and I can treat the back to make them tacky

Any personalisation information should be checked for accuracy (spelling, colour choices, etc) before checking out. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact me immediately via Etsy Messaging and I will do my best to correct it on your order (this may not always be possible)

Not if the cling is applied correctly. The designs are painted onto the front side only of a clear carrier and the rear, unpainted side is the one which goes on the glass (there is no paint at all on the rear side - the design on the front is clearly visible on both sides but when applied as instructed the painted surface is prevented from ever touching the glass). An application note sticker is placed on all packaging to clearly mark which way side of the cling should be placed on the window or mirror. The image on the listing shows the cling design as you will look at it from inside your home when it is on your window if you are ever in any doubt or just get in touch and I will be happy to advise which is the correct orientation

UK Orders: Sent by First class post, an upgrade to Special Delivery (next day tracked delivery from time of posting) is available at checkout.

International Orders: Due to ongoing delivery and custom delays, orders for 2 or more items will now be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked post by default. Whilst this does not speed up delivery times, orders are able to be tracked from door to door. Smaller orders will be sent by International Standard Post. (no tracking is available using this service). Please advise at time of ordering if a tracked service is required and I will be happy to advise additional shipping costs.

To avoid damage to painted clings, some non-cling products may be posted in separate packages

Please be patient with delivery schedules - in most cases, items arrive well before the estimated delivery date but I err on the side of caution as there are still occasional unforeseen delays with postal services. Only paid for tracked services have the option to check on progress once the item has left Ali's Craft Studio
