No, unfortunately I don't accept returns or exchanges because all items are custom and made to order.

It is extremely rare that you'll experience any damage to your package or the items inside, we take great care packaging items so they arrive safely. However, if you are hit by a bit of bad luck please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with a photo of the damage to your item. Once we receive proof of damage, we will replace the items at no cost to you as soon as possible. Any request made after 24 hours, or without proof of damage will not be considered eligible under our replacement policy.

We understand that every situation is unique. If you encounter an issue that isn't covered here or on our policies page, please contact us directly and we will aid in a resolution, as we deeply care about your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your experience.

You will receive a confirmation of your package shipment along with a tracking number that will allow you to see the status of your delivery. It is extremely rare you'll experience any difficulties, but if for some reason the shipping provider misplaces your package please contact us and we can provide you with contact information to file a claim with the shipping provider. Unfortunately we have no control over a package once it has shipped, but are glad to aid in resolution.

I always do my best to fulfill and ship orders within or before the estimated time frame. Unfortunately the recent Covid-19 pandemic has created some unforeseen challenges. Shipping times may be affected due to companies/factories and shipping carrier delays. Please understand that these circumstances are out of my control and delays are occurring in part to ensure the safety and health of everyone while production continues. We are all in this together and I thank you for your patience during this time. As always feel free to message me with any specific questions or concerns.

All items are hand embroidered with love. Because embroidery is time consuming and each item is made at the request of the buyer, wording or phrasing requests should be 1-4 words or limited to around 15-20 characters. Additionally, longer phrases can be somewhat difficult to arrange on a sweater and font size may be smaller. If you would like something longer embroidered on your sweater, please message me before purchase there may be additional embroidery fee. Usually no more than $10-$25. Orders not complying with character limits are not eligible for cancellation. Thank you for understanding!

Please review your estimated delivery date in your order summary. Processing times can vary and I am unable to guarantee items will arrive by a certain date. Please note that items estimated to ship around a major holiday may be delayed as I don't process orders over major holidays. The estimated ship by date is an estimate and not a guarantee so please take the long processing times into consideration BEFORE placing an order.

ALL embroidery will be done in lowercase cursive letters. The only exception will be for abbreviated single capital letters, i.e. school letters, initials, or random sequencing of capital letters, discussed before placing an order. This is because these more closely resemble monogrammed letters and are difficult to achieve as cursive and capital. The best way to ensure you get the desired result is to private message me to discuss the embroidery design. Before/after purchase. Once a design has been started it is no longer eligible for changes.
