Craft Tutorial - Combined Card & Gift Card Holder

Instant download

Description

You are purchasing a detailed (7-page) tutorial with photographs, showing you how to create this combined card and gift card holder. The design shown is for Christmas, but this project is also fabulous for birthdays and wedding Wishing Wells. The belly band comes off and the top and bottom panels fold out to display the writing panel and the gift card slot.

This tutorial uses Stampin' Up! products, but others can be substituted for a successful project. It is economical to create as it is designed to maximise the use of 6" x 12" designer papers and you can make 2 bases from a 12" x 12" sheet of card stock. When closed the gift card holder measures 6" x 3-1/2" (16.5cm x 9cm).

As a BONUS, I have included instructions for a combined card and currency wallet (see photos). The basic design is the same, but the slot in the centre of the gift wallet is large enough for an AUD $100 note, GBP £100 note or USD $100 (or less, of course). The currency wallet can be made from a single sheet of A4 or Letter size card stock.

These gift wallets are a fabulous way to personalise your gift of a card or currency.

PLEASE NOTE:

There are 2 versions of this tutorial for metric (A4) and imperial (Letter) sized card stock. You will need to download the option that is relevant for the size of card stock you use.

Metric (A4) version - Combined_Card_Gift_Card_Holder
Imperial (Letter) version - Combined_Card_Gift_Card_Holder_Imperial
