We cannot personalize orders beyond the personalization details given in a product listing.

Sizing Details for our Products:
- Ceramic Coffee Mugs: 11oz and 15oz (think 'regular' and 'large')
- Adult Unisex T-shirts: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL

All our mugs are microwave and dishwasher (top shelf) safe.

If you have an order for 10+ units of the same item, contact me via Etsy and I'll agree a discount for you!

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at this time.

If you have accidentally given the wrong address for delivery (it happens!) then contact us ASAP to make the change. However, if the item has already shipped we are unable to re-direct the item of offer a refund.

All orders come with order tracking for their delivery. Once the item leaves the workshop then it is the responsibility of the postal carrier / shipping company to deliver the item.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days (USA delivery) or 60 days (International delivery) and the tracking information has not been updated, contact us and we will ask the workshop to confirm them item successfully left the workshop.
