Product PACKING:

I always pack a product very well. For security and integrity of the product, I use two tight boxes.
1. The first box is made of white cardboard packaging and decorated with satin bow. In such a package you can beautifully store or present a product!
2. The second box will save the safe transit of the product. This post box is made of very dense cardboard or a special mail package.
3. I also use additional material for the preservation and integrity of transit.
I'm trying to completely make a safe transit for the product.
It is very important for me that you are satisfied and happy with the purchase in my shop!

The colors in the photo of my items may be slightly different from their real appearance. I can not change it, it depends on the settings of your display.

VERY IMPORTENT!!! Please, before you make an order and pay it carefully read all the details of the order, the terms of sending and delivery, return details.

Please consider to the time of delivery and the date of your holiday, wedding, birthday.
If your holiday, wedding, birthday is less than a month, when buying accessories you may not receive your order on time.

I ship worldwide via international registered airmail from Ukraine, and your package will have a tracking number.
Sending out within 1-5 working days after payment
The shipping price includes postal service and safe packaging.

After your order is sent, you will receive an email to your email address.
In an email, you will receive a tracking number for the parcel.

1. If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that 15% can't be returned (PayPal commission, state taxes and administrative fees)
2. If this is a personalized order and it is completed, but you refused before shipping. Then I will refund your money only for delivery. I will not refund you money for a product that has an individual label.
3. If you did not receive your order within 60 days, I return 85% of the order value without the cost of delivery (15% is taken by the intermediary commission).
4. If your package mark as ''Unclaimed'', "Insufficient address", "Adresse inexistante", it may be resend, or you may get refund (excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees) - just write me about it.

If you want to order a personalized product that has an individual label.
1.Before payment, write me your wishes for the order (inscription, date), specify the color.
2. Pay for the product
3. After making the product, before sending it you will receive a photo of your order. When you are satisfied, I will ship your product.
It is important that you can respond within 48 hours for approval and confirmation of a personalized order !!!
If the answer I do not receive your order will be sent based on your first wishes. !!!

In the description of each product there are dimensions. They are indicated in inches and centimeters. Please pay attention to them. If you want a product of an individual size, please contact me, I will do it for you.

Soft toys - Hand wash using a sponge and lukewarm water with soap. Do not leave it in water. After washing please allow it to dry.
