These cards are perfect to start with yoga practice, not just for kids, but I mean for adults. I was insecure about yoga poses since they could look a little bit complicated, how ever this deck explains you everything about how to work with chakras for alignment and the images are so cute and useful to feel confidence with this practice. The quality of the cards is great, and the size is perfect to watch all the details of each position (the name, the chakra related, etc). Shipping was very fast and arrived well packaged. My deck arrived with some cards damaged and when I contacted the seller, she immediately answered me back saying she would send me a replacement (with a crystal gift included, a lovely rose quartz with an inspirational message). No words to express my amazing customer experience, THANKS :) 100% recommend!

These yoga cards are so cute! I work with kids and an occupational therapist and am excited to use them to practice motor skills. I love how simple and colorful they are- it makes it easier for the kids to understand what to do with their bodies.
