-STANDARD CLEAR ACRYLIC are manufactured using 3/16” thick acrylic. This means they are somewhat stiff, but there will be just a little bit of give when you write and erase on them. The sides will still look cool, just not as thick.

-PREMIUM CLEAR ACRYLIC: are manufactured using very thick, 3/8” acrylic. This means that they are very stiff when you write on the them, and the thick, polished clear sides look ultra-cool.

We can make boards with custom designs in the following sizes in our 3/16", standard acrylic:

8" X 23"
15" X 18"
10.75" X 23"
18.5" X 23"
23" X 31"

In our 3/8", premium acrylic, we can customize these sizes:

11" X 11"
23" X 10.75
35" X 23"
35" X 30"
42" X 27"
48" X 36"

We cannot print custom designs in gold. We can print text in black, white, pink, etc., just not gold.

Sorry, no. Our calendars are not made with vinyl, but are printed directly on the back of the acrylic. The ink is etched into the acrylic so it will never come off.

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. You can return the calendar if it is in new condition. All original packaging AND foam wrap must be used; acrylic can scratch if not packaged properly. Hardware must not rub against calendar.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.

If calendar is returned and not packaged properly, there will be a restocking fee. Package must be insured for product cost as well as shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (minus the original shipping cost, which can range from $20.00 - $50.00). Our 48 x 36 size has a $90 processing cost if returned.

We respond to emails Monday - Friday, and generally within a day or two.

We don't see the notes you put on your order until we start fulfilling or designing the order. Please message us directly to get answers to your questions. When you put questions in personalizations or notes to seller (like expediting an order for example) we don't see the question until we start fulfilling or designing the order.

LOST PACKAGES/NON-DELIVERY
While we can work with you to find a solution to lost packages, once our packages are marked "Delivered" they are considered fulfilled by our company and we are not responsible for any events after that.

The first thing to do is to look up your tracking number on the FedEx website. There will be a photo of where your package was left.

DAMAGE
If your item arrives damaged, you must let us know within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact us prior to ordering for shipping quotes to Hawaii or Alaska for any calendar purchases, as there may be a shipping surcharge.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
1) Please add your phone number in the personalization box at checkout. We need it for international shipping.
