🌟 MATERIALS
* Premium, low-shed glitter cardstock. There is glitter on the front only - the reverse (back side) of the topper is matte white. Please message us before ordering if you would like to request a topper with glitter on both sides.

* White lolly stick. We carefully glue a white, food-safe lolly stick to each of our toppers. Some cake toppers may require 2 sticks rather than 1 depending on the stability and/or size of the design.

🌟 SIZE
Please select the cake topper width upon checkout. We generally recommend for cake toppers to be about 1 inch smaller than the width of the cake (or the cake's top tier). However, this also depends on the look you are going for. For example, if you would like the cake topper to stand out more, we would suggest purchasing a larger size.

The height of the topper varies depending on the width selected. This cake topper is attached to a white, food-safe lolly stick, which is about 3-4 inches in height.

🌟 COLOUR
Please select the colour you would like by using the dropdown menu. All colour options for this topper are made with one-sided glitter cardstock (glitter on one side, matte white on the other side). If you would like a different colour that is not listed (including non-glitter options), please send us a message before ordering.

🌟 QUANTITY
This listing is for one (1) cake topper. Multiple quantities are available. Our cake toppers are made-to-order, so we can make as many as you would like. Please select the quantity you would like by using the drop-down menu.

🌟 PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES

🌟 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
While we do use one of the thickest glitter cardstocks on the market, please be aware that some designs may be fragile. Please carefully remove your cake topper from the packaging. Cake toppers are best stored face-down (glitter side down) on a hard and dry surface. When handled with care, cake toppers can be used more than once or saved as a momentum (i.e. in shadow boxes, frames, photo collages, etc).

U.S.A ORDERS: Partial tracking is included with "Standard Shipping." This means that your order will be tracked within Canada only and delivery confirmation is NOT included. Please select the "USA Full Tracking" upgrade at checkout if you would like full tracking information with your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Partial tracking is included with "Standard Shipping." This means that your order will be tracked within Canada only & delivery confirmation is not included. For tracked packages, please select the “International Full Tracking" upgrade at checkout.

Custom requests are always welcome! Message us today to discuss a custom order. Custom orders can include font changes, special colour requests, custom shapes, and more.

Many of our items also include the option to personalize with your own custom name and/or text. To ensure the quickest turnaround time, design previews are not provided for personalized items unless specifically requested in the order notes.

If a design preview is requested, it will be sent via Etsy Conversation. Each order allows for up to 2 design previews before additional fees are incurred. Design previews are only available after the order is submitted.

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase only. Our service is speedy, so your order may have already been made after this 1 hour timeframe and therefore cancellations are not accepted beyond this time. Please send us a direct message within 1 hour of purchase if you would like to cancel and fully refund your order.

Cancellations also include any order changes (changes of colours/size/words/etc).

After the 1 hour cancellation period, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order please reach out to us so that we may work out a solution with you.

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

If an incorrect address is submitted, we are able to change it for you as long as the order has not shipped. Please message us as soon as possible if this is the case.

If your order has already been shipped to the address provided, unfortunately at this point we are not able to change the shipping destination.

If your order is sent back to us due to an undeliverable, invalid, or wrong address then the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be provided for orders shipped to a wrong address, if the wrong address was provided to us by the buyer.
