Absolutely! Please place the order and send us your measurements, we will make the gown according to your measurements.

It usually takes around 6 to 8 weeks to make the gown after the order is placed. Then thorough quality checks are performed followed by packaging. The gown will be shipped to you. Items usually take between 5 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped.

Bust
Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust (at nipple level).

Waist
Measure the smallest part of the waist.
Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room.

Hips
Find the widest part of the hips or run the measurement tape around your hipbone.

Hollow to Floor (Bare Foot)
Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

Shoe Heel Height
Your wedding shoe heel height.

Due to custom style, color, fabric and measurements, the dresses are non-returnable. Please note that even if you order a standard size, we will still make the dress based on the chosen color and fabric so it is custom made as well. All dresses are hand made once order is received, therefore, everything is considered CUSTOM MADE. Unless we make some huge error like wrong style, wrong color – something off the rails like that.

After receiving your veil, please carefully unfold it and hang it from the center of the comb by clipping the comb on a hanger. For drop veils, please keep the veil laying flat or draped over a hanger with as few folds as possible. The wrinkles will naturally fall out after at least one day.

Veils can be steamed by a home steamer or by a professional. Please let the veil completely cool before shaking or moving it too much. Although veil material can be ironed on a very low setting - we DO NOT recommend this! If the iron is too hot it will melt the material upon first touch.
