Based on the Warhammer 40K Astartes Mark Vb Godwyn Pattern Bolter, this Warhammer 40K cosplay prop is built mainly from EVA foam (eg main gun body, magazine) with 3D printed components (eg muzzle, Aquila emblem) and resin cast items (eg laser sight, round pieces). Portions of the foam components are made from a higher density of foam with a shore hardness of approx 60 (pretty stiff). The sturdy plastic grip means you can get a firm grasp on your weapon without your power armour damaging it. It is affixed to the bolter with a short aluminium rod. The hex nuts are metal.

The foam sections of this Warhammer Bolter is sealed with Rosco FlexBond and the whole Bolter airbrush painted with acrylic paints.

The 40K Bolter magazine is friction fit and may hold small items such as cash/keys/card, or snacks, or other small personal effects of choice. Perhaps you could also load your weapon with Bolter rounds.

The Warhammer 40K Bolter has been resized to be more manageable by a normal human, coming in at approx 56cm/22" long.

This Warhammer 40K cosplay Bolter is also available in kit format for those wanting to turn this into their own project. Sanding, sealing, assembly and painting required. Contact me if this is up your alley.
