PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CURRENT ORDERS I CANNOT COMPLETE A NEW WARHAMMER BOLTER BEFORE THE END OF FEBRUARY. Feel free to place an order, just keep the fabrication time frame in mind :)

Looking for an awesome Bolter for your Warhammer 40K cosplay? This cosplay gun will make your Space Marine look epic ;)

Based on the Warhammer 40K Astartes Mark Vb Godwyn Pattern Bolter, this Warhammer 40K cosplay prop is built mainly from EVA foam (eg main gun body, magazine) with 3D printed components (eg muzzle, Aquila emblem) and resin cast items (eg laser sight, round pieces). The sturdy plastic grip means you can get a firm grasp on your weapon without your power armour damaging it. It is affixed to the bolter with a short aluminium rod. The hex nuts are metal.

The foam sections of this Warhammer Bolter is sealed with Rosco FlexBond and the whole Bolter airbrush painted with acrylic paints.

NEW! I have sourced a harder more durable foam to make the main Boltgun body from, which a shore hardness of approx 60. The Bolter accents, rail, sights, magazine and charging handle will be made from the normal high density foam.

The 40K Bolter magazine is friction fit and may hold small items such as cash/keys/card, or snacks, or other small personal effects of choice. Perhaps you could also load your weapon with Bolter rounds.

The Warhammer 40K Bolter has been resized to be more manageable by a normal human, coming in at approx 56cm/22" long.

This Warhammer 40K cosplay Bolter is also available in kit format for those wanting to turn this into their own project. Sanding, sealing, assembly and painting required. Contact me if this is up your alley.

Included in each order are 2 Warhammer 40K wax purity seals (check it out here - https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/766356667/warhammer-40k-purity-seal), cast in polyurethane resin. They are approx 4.5x5cm in size.

Note: As this is a hand crafted 40K Bolter, appearance (eg weathering effect, final colour tone) may vary.

Allow a minimum 4 weeks for production prior to shipping.

Dude worked long hours to get the prop done on time, and the finished result is amazing. I bought it as a gift, and the recipient loves it. Seriously just top-notch work.
