I use the highest quality paper, ink and equipment to create your order. All orders are printed on demand using a professional artwork printer. Your order is then carefully packaged and sent out using Royal Mail.

Your gift message will be printed onto a free gift card. For A3 prints, the gift message will be printed onto paper as these come rolled into a postal tube.

I provide the free delivery as a cost effective option - however regular untracked mail can often experience delays, especially during busy periods and is not prioritised by Royal Mail.

Due to customer request prints can be purchased with a frame, this is more convenient and ideal for those who want to send a gift directly to the recipient. However the style and colour can’t always be guaranteed so it’s recommended that you buy the print only if you have a specific frame style in mind.

A5: white wood frame with glass display

A4: classic black thin style frame with clear acrylic display. Due to a number of A4 glass frames being damaged in the post these have been swapped for a clear acrylic display for your safety.

For the standard free delivery your order is NOT TRACKED. Etsy now has a new system which will tell me when your order has been delivered but it does not track the progress of your order through the system nor does it guarantee that there won’t be any delays. This will appear as a tracking number on your purchase so it can cause some confusion when there is no tracking information available.

Great product, happy with the quality and value for money. I feel to avoid any bends, poster tubes would be better for postage as mine was slight bent when it arrived.
