Yes, all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is due to the wholesale prices at which all items are sold in our shop. Please make sure all returns are postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Any items that are postmarked after this date will be issued store credit only

I gift wrap all orders for jewelry purchased from my store unless the listing specifically mentions the item will ship without a box to lower shipping costs.

I offer resizing on all rings and jewelry. I charge a small $6.00 fee for each resize. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back, as well as shipping to return item to you after resize.
