I originally was frustrated when mug didn’t arrive, but it was not the sellers fault and they were very responsive. I have since received the mug and it is awesome! I would buy this item or any others from this seller again!

The quality could be better, and the print only takes up half of the front. The display picture doesn't show the rest of the flap, just the bottom where the design is placed, so it's deceiving. The only picture customer service offered was pictures other reviewers took themselves. I can understand why the picture is blurry due to the type of material it is, so I guess that's okay. It's a product from China so I suppose I shouldn't have expected much. Not a bad product, but I wouldn't sell it for this much.
