The buyer has to inform about the damage within 3 days of receiving the item. The buyer has to ship back the item within 5 days and has to bear the return shipping cost. We dispatch a new product within 7 days of receiving back the damaged product. no refunds of any nature are entertained but do contact us if you have any queries.

We do not accept any kind of returns,only exchanges.

In cases where buyer needs to exchange the product ,they are required to ship back the product within 3 days of receiving it. Another product in exchange will be dispatched to the buyer within 7 days of receiving it back. Please note that the return shipping cost and the new shipping cost has to be borne by the buyer.
