As each item is hand crafted to order I only accept returns or exchanges if the item is not as described or fit for purpose, if there is an issue please contact me right away so I can arrange collection and assess.

Please take the time to measure and select the correct size as I handcraft each item to order therefor may not be able to re-sell if you need to return.

If your tail was wagging too hard over the beautiful designs and you just got a bit too excited that you ordered the wrong size please contact me within 14 days. If you can arrange the return I will be happy to adjust or exchange to the correct size if you can provide the correct measurements.

I charge $15AUD per item for an adjustment + $15 Post for international customers.

A martingale is a type of dog collar that provides more control over the animal without the choking effect of a slip collar.

The martingale dog collar was designed for sighthounds because their necks are larger than their heads and they can often slip out of buckle collars. These collars have gained popularity among owners of other breeds in the recent past with many trainers now recommending them instead of choke chains or buckle collars.

A martingale collar is made with two loops. The larger loop is slipped onto the dog's neck and a lead is then clipped to the smaller loop. When the dog tries to pull, the tension on the lead pulls the small loop taut, which makes the large loop smaller and tighter on the neck.

My Etsy store shows more martingale collars however I can make any of the styles you see with a quick release metal or plastic buckle instead of the martingale style, Just add a comment when you check out if you would prefer this option.

I also offer buckle upgrades on martingale collars at an additional cost if you prefer. Some customers opt for the upgrade if their dogs have larger heads, long hair or if they have trouble adjusting the size of the collar when putting on and taking off.

I will be working hard to make and despatch your Christmas orders as quickly as possible, I make each item to order and it normally takes me between 1-5 days to make.

I send orders via Australia Post or Sendle normally orders to metro areas around Australia take around 2 days from despatch and internationally within 2 weeks however delivery times during the Christmas periods will take longer.

International order deadline:
Standard: 7th December
Express: 11th December

Australian order deadline:
Standard: 12th December
Express: 15th December

Orders after these dates may still arrive in time for Christmas however couriers are advising to get in early to avoid disappointment.
