Once an order is placed, it is posted by Royal Mail within 1 - 2 business days unless stated otherwise.

UK orders are posted Second Class with the option to upgrade to First Class.

Royal Mail estimated delivery times from date of posting are:
Within the UK - 2 to 4 working days
To Europe - 7 to 21 working days **
To the Rest of the World - 7 to 21 working days **

** Please note that shipping times can vary depending on how long the postal system in your country holds an item at customs for inspection. The majority of deliveries arrive within 7 working days but these times are just estimates and a handful of deliveries are taking much longer than expected.

We try really hard to get all your items to you in perfect condition and we check everything thoroughly before dispatch; but sometimes things may be damaged in transit, or you might receive an item you did not order.

In the rare occurrence that you have received a damaged product, or received something in error, please contact us within 48 hours with the following:

- a full description of the damage or issue;
- clear photos of the specific damage, a photo of the whole item plus photos of the external packaging.

Depending on the fault, we may ask you to return the item to us.

- You have 14 days from the date you received your order to notify us that you wish to return it.
- Please note that personalised, digital and discounted products cannot be returned.
- Please contact us before returning the item.
- Note that the colour of a product may vary between computer screens and the physical item. A slight variation in colour isn't considered a faulty or damaged item.
- Unless otherwise agreed, you cover the cost of the return.
- If your order is returned in perfect condition then we will provide a refund of the full cost, including any original shipping costs of standard delivery (but not the costs of returning the item, as above).
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

- To make a return, send us an Etsy message with your order number and details of the items that you wish to return
- You have a further 16 days following the end of the 14 day cancellation period to return the item
- You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged
- If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
- If a return is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any Customs charges imposed on returned packages
- If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product

You might have noticed references to GSM in the product descriptions and wondered what GSM means. GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter and the higher the GSM number, the heavier and thicker the paper. All our greeting cards and wall prints are printed on 300 GSM FSC-certified card stock. To give you an idea of the quality of paper we use, standard A4 printing paper which you might be familiar with is 80 GSM.

All our prints are printed on professional digital printers in small batches by a small UK based printing company. We do not print at home, as we strongly believe that home printed items are notorious for discolouration, eventual fading and inconsistent quality.

The German Packaging Act (VerpackG) imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany, promoting the recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes).
