We purchased the Wedding Guest Book Pen and had it engraved with our names and wedding date. It shipped on time, came in a nice box and wrapped beautifully. We really appreciated the preview picture that he sent us before it arrived, it made it even more special. It also writes smoothly, looks elegant and is well balanced. We are going to use it to sign our wedding license before the ceremony and then plan on using it for writing thank you's as well.

I never received the pen. I'm so upset!!!

The supplies were out of stock and was told they would be in a few days. Unfortunately they were not and when they were I got them and made the pen.I am now waiting to hear back if the customer still wants the pen or indeed wants a refund.
