Returns and exchanges

Customer satisfaction is my priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me right away so we can work it out. If a refund for the item is issued because of change of mind the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

You may pay with PayPal or major credit cards with Etsy direct checkout. .

6% sales tax is charged on purchases from Iowa residents

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for in-stock items to ship. I ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail within the United States. Priority Mail is typically a 2-3 day delivery in most areas of the United States, but is not guaranteed by the post office.

If outside the U.S., convo me for a shipping quote. International buyers are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, VAT, and fees that may be assessed by their country's customs and/or postal system.

Custom orders and made-to-order purchases are typically shipped 2 to 3 weeks from date of payment. I will keep you informed on when to expect delivery.

All items will be shipped with tracking and you will be provided this number.

Depending on payment method, I will ship your order to the Paypal address or Etsy address you have indicated. Please make sure it is the correct address.

Excess shipping costs over $2 are refunded.
